Mowing
Mow grass every ___ days as weather permits to maintain an appropriate height for the type of grass and season. This will ensure a well manicured and healthy appearance.

Trimming
Grass around obstacles, such as street lamps, fences, and areas where a mower can not access, will be trimmed.

Leaf clean up and removal
Leaves will be cleaned up from yard and disposed of or pushed to curb. One story gutter blow out also an option.

Edging
All sides, curbs, driveways, and ground level patios shall be edged with a mechanical metal blade. Edging for mulch beds also available.

Shrub bush maintenance and pruning
Shrubs below 6 feet in height will be maintained .

Mulching
Mulch of your color choice will be placed in beds. Mulch will be applied over existing mulch.

Clean up - included in every job
All sidewalks, curbs, driveways and ground level patios shall be blown clean of all grass cuttings, dirt and debris
